Anyway, on with the bullshit:

ORIGINS OF THE BAND:

A long time ago in a galaxy far away, five social misfits with no friends decided to form a beat music combo, mainly to show off, impress girls, and maybe even talk to one occasionally, although to be honest it still doesn't happen much.

This was the birth of the band that was to become The Barracoodas - originally a rock 'n' roll band because it was easy to play while drunk and without rehearsal, with the only drawback being that it was crap. As time went by they learnt to play another chord, stopped wobbling their knees, and started to play music people under 60 actually liked, over time and after various line-up changes (see below), they became the awesomely talented, sexually magnetic band they are now.

This website is supposed to give you admission into the wonderful world of The Barracoodas, let you know where we are playing and con you into thinking we're really good and aren't in it just for the money, drugs, groupies and adulation. Also we hope it will keep you up to date with other interesting and informative stuff about the band.

BarraCoodas gone but not forgotten: These are the people who have graced the stage with the BarraCoodas in times gome by, with varying degrees of success.
